The Costa Blanca has Mile after Mile (or kilometer after kilometer) of lovely golden beaches. Most of them are easily reached, are free to use, and have pretty safe bathing.

You will find people sunning themselves pretty much all year round, as the climate is so mild most of the time that even on the coolest days it is warmer on one of our beaches than it is on a UK beach in high summer.

Topless sunbathing is permitted on all public beaches, some of the few private beaches may have different rules.

You may also find people sun bathing naked on the ends of the beaches, or a very bold person doing so in full view. This is because nude sun bathing is fully legal in any public space in Spain. (see the section on naturist beaches for more details).
