The Costa Blanca is widely known for its white beaches with crystal clear water and little villages on hillsides as well as the mass tourism of places like Benidorm. Amusement park Mundomar
One of the theme parks in the Costa Blanca is Mundomar. This is a marine animal park in the Rincón de Loix in Benidorm. It is designed to bring children and young adults in contact with wildlife they will not come across easily in daily life. Right next to Mundomar is the water park of Aqualandia, it even shares the same car park at the entrance. Home to a variety of spectacular slides and pools there are also large lawns to relax and sunbathe. The center of this theme park in Costa Blanca has an area with food stalls and a restaurant to regain strength after all the excitement. The 15 large aquatic attractions use seawater that they pump in from the sea. They have the highest slide in Europe and the highest capsule slide in the world.
Besides that, there is also a large area dedicated to the youngest family members. Mini slides, a lagoon, and adventure land are some of the attractions for small children. This water park is located on the outskirts of Benidorm close to Terra Natura. If you have plans to visit both amusement parks in Costa Blanca it is best to buy a combination ticket before you enter. In this way, you save money because once inside you pay more if you want to go to Terra Natura. This waterpark is fun for all ages, there are a large children’s area and a large wave pool that is Greece themed. Furthermore, there are various exciting slides, a jacuzzi area, and a show with sea lions. The park allows you to bring your own food and drinks. However, you have to bring it in a closed backpack or a cooling box. And if you do not want to carry around heavy objects you can always choose to eat in the buffet restaurant. Rio Safari, Elche
This zoo in Elche is located in a wonderful palm tree forest and is a great environment to enjoy a day out with your family. You can choose to explore this theme park in Costa Blanca on foot or you can hop on the expedition train that drives you around. Either way, you can enjoy the hundreds of incredible animals from around the world that live here. In this park, they strive to recreate eco-environments for endangered species to prevent extinction. Through education, the park wants to show visitors about these animals and their natural habitats.
While you are in the park you can choose to grab something to eat in its restaurant. However, you can enjoy your own food in one of the many picnic areas. Amusement park Aquopolis
This water park, like the other ones we have mentioned, provides for a great day out with family or friends. Located in Torrevieja in the south of Costa Blanca they offer a large variety of attractions. From high speed and high altitude slides to relaxing floating rivers, jacuzzis, and anything in between. The park also offers the possibility to celebrate events such as children’s birthdays or school excursions. There are several options when it comes to eating.
