Our team of thoroughly, efficient, and experienced physiotherapists is dedicated to helping you get well. We are here for you to have a better everyday life, as soon as possible.

Paul for example, in treatment, often uses a combination of techniques that he from his long experience knows will give the best results. Paul is also an authorized trainer for other physiotherapists, chiropractors, and osteopaths in a technique called Active Release Techniques (ART®) You can read more about it here. It is a method developed in the USA, and here in Spain only Paul Espe and one person in Madrid can do this. This is their official site.
Rehabilitation / Functional training
At this point, with or without physiotherapy included in the program, you will most likely get to know Emma. Physiotherapy and rehabilitation/functional training go hand in hand, and we ensure that this is done as a primer.
Together with Emma, you will carry out specific training to reach your goal. She will provide you with excellent functional training. Postural movement and improvement of physical conditions to avoid injuries, reduce tension and achieve all the benefits it entails.
Very often the trigger for our client’s problem may still be there, in which case we offer you a relapse prevention program.
If your problem is due to chronic conditions, we usually have a solution that will help you stay better, maybe even forever.
About us
Physio Plus is a spacious and modern physiotherapist clinic located in the center of Albir, behind the Consum. Plenty of parking and easy access.
All the physiotherapist’s treatments are carried out in our spacious rooms in our new local, by dedicated English, Norwegian, or German-speaking qualified physiotherapists.
They will all do their very best to get you well as soon as possible.
Specialties
Our specialties are; ART® – Active Release Techniques –Kinesiotape® – DNS-Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization – IASTM – Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilizations, as well as Acupuncture/needling.
Paul became a physiotherapist after studying at the renowned King’s College of London. He received his Bachelor’s Degree (with Honours) in 1997.
Paul has since then taken multiple courses every single year to improve his knowledge and skills. He has worked in hospitals, private clinics, professional sports (football, golf, the Windsurfing World Cup, powerlifters, and more), as well as for corporate companies.
